An  Adams Retro fish surfboard

with its “Butt crack”  repaired…not an endearing term but never the less descriptive,

as this tail design often cracks due to flexing of the two tail pods.

&

Notice the extra glass which was layered to allow for flexing of the tail.

Enjoy Ben:)

playing for change

The Inspiration

Playing for Change is a multimedia movement created to inspire, connect, and bring peace to the world through music. The idea for this project arose from a common belief that music has the power to break down boundaries and overcome distances between people. No matter whether people come from different geographic, political, economic, spiritual or ideological backgrounds, music has the universal power to transcend and unite us as one human race. And with this truth firmly fixed in our minds, we set out to share it with the world.

I learnt how to glaze acrylic paint and it’s added more depth to the work… it means they take twice as…

If you can pull AIRS please check your surfboard.

Just check the condition of the deck especially on the front / rear foot placement and along the stringer.

This crease was caused by a heavy landing and hidden by a thick SexWax layer.

Notice the stringer has started to fail..(diagonal split)

By early detection this is repairable, if left it will snap on the  next big manoeuvre.

I can only dream of pulling airs….more like pulling a muscle.
